Maintaining your knife

  • Please wash immediately after receiving your knife, and after each use. 
  • The rosewood handles on our knives don't take too kindly to dishwashers, so please hand wash only.  
  • Our forged blades require oiling after drying.
  • Always cut on a wooden chopping board
  • Sharpen regularly - a sharp knife is much safer to use.
